Welcome to the 2024 ACAMIS Chinese Conference. We will gather in Nanjing, a city of six ancient dynasties, to pool wisdom and seek knowledge through investigation. In this journey of learning, we will sharpen our swords, focusing on exploring teaching methods, assessment, classroom management, and education innovation integrating artificial intelligence. We look forward to each participant embarking on new explorations and optimizing their teaching methods at this grand event. We will also uphold the concept of "teaching without discrimination", advocating differentiated teaching and inclusive education, allowing every student to soar freely in the sky of knowledge. "When three people travel together, there must be my teacher." We hope that at this conference, we can unite in wisdom and action with all participants.

Dr. Ying Chu currently serves as the Head of Dual Language Program at the International School of Beijing. A seasoned research practitioner and innovative educational program leader, Dr. Chu specializes in asset-based bilingual program implementation and evaluation, along with expertise in culturally and linguistically responsive practices. With over a decade of instruction, research, and leadership experience from prominent international schools in the region and distinguished institutions in New York City, Dr. Chu is dedicated to exploring and expanding thinking, blending theory with practice, and fostering a culture of transformational change and continuous improvement in international schools.
褚莹博士目前担任北京顺义国际学校双语项目主任。 褚博士是一位经验丰富的教育实践者和语言项目管理者，专注于双语双文双文化能力发展、超语教学法、语言和文化响应式教学、教学指导和教师技能培训。 在加入北京顺义国际学校之前，褚莹博士服务于新加坡美国学校十二年并担任中英双语沉浸式项目协调员和教师培训指导员。褚博士也曾在美国纽约公立学校任教，为纽约多所著名私立学校设计并实施了第一个中文学院项目，并创办了纽约市最早的中文沉浸式幼儿园。 她毕业于哥伦比亚大学师范学院，并在美国南加州大学取得了教育管理博士学位。褚莹博士于2022年发表了关于亚洲国际学校中英双语项目规划于实施的博士研究论文，并多次在各类重大国际教育和教育管理会议分享研究和实践成果。褚博士致力于探索和拓展思维，理论与实践相结合，创造和维持不断变革和发展的学习文化。
