Wilkes University's doctor of education degree in instructional leadership is designed for teachers and leaders who want to make a difference and improve education around the world. The Ed.D. requires 60 post-master's credits and culminates in the development of a dissertation proposal. The final dissertation and its defense are the capstone requirements for the Wilkes Ed.D.
