Teacher leaders, when empowered, will be the most effective tool in ensuring transformative and sustained change. This course will instruct participants how to foster greater interdependency among team members and develop a sustainable collaborative team culture. Teacher lead teams that communicate effectively and work interdependently improve student learning!

Duration:                   4 weeks
Weekly Study:          90-minutes Asynchronous study and one 3-hour live webinar
Certificate Course:   18 hours of professional learning hours
Target Audience:     Aspiring and New Faculty Team Leaders
 
Weekly asynchronous coursework and synchronous live webinars
Live Webinars on Saturday mornings 09:00 - 12:00 - April 17, April 24, May 8 and May 15

 

What is the cost of the online learning experience?

Early Bird Registration discount of $100 USD per individually registered participant and $300 USD for Bulk registered participants is available until February 27, 2021

ACAMIS Members
$400 USD per person for the first 4 registrations (Includes the DiSC Behavioural Assessment and Michael's Book). After February 27 the rate will be changed to $500 USD per person for the first 4 registrations.

BULK DISCOUNT special rate of $1700 USD is available to register 5 people. Each additional registrant will be charged $340 USD.  After February 27 the rate will be changed to $2000 USD bulk rate for 5 people and each additional registrant will be charged $400 USD.

Non-members
$500 USD per person for the first 4 registrations (Includes the DiSC Behavioural Assessment and Michael's Book). After February 27 the rate will be changed to $600 USD per person for the first 4 registrations.

BULK DISCOUNT special rate of $2200 USD is available to register 5 people. Each additional registrant will be charged $440 USD. After February 27 the rate will be changed to $2500 USD bulk rate for 5 people and each additional registrant will be charged $500.

Approximately 2-weeks before the start of the course, participants will be emailed a course introduction, instructions for how to participate and a pre-course survey and readings, if applicable.  If you do not receive this email please let us know.

REGISTRATION FEE / SPONSORSHIP FEE REFUND POLICY

If notice of cancellation re the registered participant/sponsor is received:

  • 30+ days pre-event: 80% of fee is refundable
  • 15-29 days pre-event: 40% of fee is refundable
  • Less than 15 days pre-event: no refund

Online PD Programs - No refund will be granted re participants commencing an online PD program and withdrawing part way through. Course material fees (re DiSC surveys, book fees, etc) are not refundable once access is granted.

 

REFUND DUE TO PD EVENT CANCELLATION

In the event of cancellation of a conference, workshop or online PD program, we will fully refund the registration or sponsorship fee(s) paid. However, we will be unable to refund any travel, visa or accommodation expenses incurred or course material fees where access has been granted.
