ACAMIS Head to Head is available only to the officially designated Head of School as named in the ACAMIS Database.  Actual titles for the Head/Co-Heads may differ such as Director, Principal, Co-Principal, etc and both Co-Principals/Heads may participate.

Peer Learning Communities for other roles are also available and can be found here.

"Being a Head of School is a super complex role. Managing people, crises, change, curriculum, parent expectations, owners, your sanity... the list goes on. And it can be hard to find people who really understand what you are facing and can offer ideas and support.

So, here is a place that you may well find that support and those ideas that will help you through this incredibly difficult job in these uniquely challenging times.

It doesn’t matter if you have been a Head for ten minutes or ten years, a community of people in similar roles will be a great source of professional wisdom and collegial support. The Heads Community of ACAMIS will bring together people who are experiencing a similar context to share solutions, challenges and experience and hopefully make all our lives just a little less complex.

Anyone who has been fortunate to be part of a mentorship will know the power of a community that is focused on support. This community is intended to go beyond the connections that share."
