Matthew Yamatin is a professionally certified civil engineer, a LEED Accredited Professional for green building design, a business owner, and a sustainability change agent. He is the Sustainability Manager at the International School of Beijing and the operator of Decoding Sustainability, a sustainability consultancy working with multinational corporations such as Unilever and PepsiCo. An expert in building holistic sustainability programs and empowering students to make real and meaningful impact on their community.
Gerrick Monroe has worked as the Chief Operating and Financial Officer for the International School of Beijing for the past 9 years. Prior to moving to Beijing and joining the leadership team at ISB, Gerrick worked as a finance and operations leader at both a mid-size and a large public school district in Arizona, USA. Gerrick has assisted in the design and implementation of the sustainability program at ISB over the past 2 years, and he is a regular participant and presenter at the annual ACAMIS leadership conference.
