Value added: Is Resilience taught or caught?
In this workshop, participants will be challenged as to if they believe that resilience can actually be taught as a skill. Through this COVID pandemic period, we have all experienced challenging circumstances that have included upheaval and frustration. The goal of this workshop is to explore the degree to which resilience can be taught and consider the value added through this difficult challenge of a worldwide pandemic.
The presentation language is English, and I believe that any person who is interested in learning and understanding more about resilience and how educators can teach this skill to students will choose and enjoy this workshop. We are all trying to make sense of the world around us, and as we increase our understanding of resilience, we can then help our students to develop this skill as we work as community members in our schools. The value added=resilience can be taught!
