We invite you to sponsor and attend the 2026 ACAMIS Chinese Conference.
The ACAMIS Chinese Conference is the longest running and largest conference in China for teachers of Chinese Language and Culture to non-natives in international schools. Our 93 member international schools comprise around 8,200 teaching staff, serving some 63,800 students from various nationalities.
Under the theme “Human-Centered, Boundary-Breaking, and Creatively Integrated”, the ACAMIS Chinese Conference carries special significance. We hope to re-examine the essence of Chinese education together: Education is not merely the one-way transfer of knowledge, but also the renewal of culture and thinking through dynamic engagement.
At the conference, you may make books and other supplies available for sale, provided you can issue fa piao.
Space is limited to approximately 12 sponsors, so to avoid missing out please submit your sponsorship application as soon as possible.
Conference Focus
The Chinese Conference provides a professional development opportunity, meeting the needs of international school staff involved in the teaching of Chinese Language and Culture to non-natives. The teachers/school leaders attending are influential in the purchase of related learning materials/tools/supplies in their international schools.
We hope that the Chinese Language & Culture teaching focus of this conference suits your target market.
Target Attendees
Most attendees are Elementary, Early Years or Secondary Teachers of Chinese Language & Culture to non-natives in International Schools. Also attended by Heads/Coordinators of Chinese Language Department, etc.
We are hoping for over 300 people to attend from many international schools.

Sponsorship packages and optional extras are shown below:
1 Table Package - US$750
- ONE exhibition table for two days
- Up to TWO company representatives can attend (lunches, coffee breaks & social function included)
- Sponsor Listing – Conference webpage (display of company logo that includes a link to your website and of a short company/product/service introductory video, with display typically for approx. 9 months)
Special: 2 Table Package - US$990
- TWO exhibition tables for two days
- Up to FOUR company representatives can attend (meals/coffee breaks/social function included)
- Sponsor Listing - Conference webpage (display of company logo that includes a link to your website and of a short company/product/service introductory video, with display typically for approx. 9 months)
Optional Extras
- Attendance by 1 extra Company Representative - US$120 (lunches, coffee breaks & social function included)
- Registration Gift Sponsorship – we would appreciate any generous donations of registration gifts. You can provide a badged registration gift to be given to all conference participants (no fee applies). Email Wendy Fan at office@acamis.org to discuss further
Note - each table provided will approximate 150-180 cm wide. (2 tables being approx. 300-360 cm wide). Exact dimensions to be confirmed.

Refund Policies
If notice of cancellation re the registered participant/sponsor is received:
- 30+ days pre-event: 80% of fee is refundable
- 15-29 days pre-event: 40% of fee is refundable
- Less than 15 days pre-event: no refund
Online PD Programs - No refund will be granted re participants commencing an online PD program and withdrawing part way through. Course material fees (re DiSC surveys, book fees, etc) are not refundable once access is granted.
Refund Due To PD Event CancellationIn the event of cancellation of a conference, workshop or online PD program, we will fully refund the registration or sponsorship fee(s) paid. However, we will be unable to refund any travel, visa or accommodation expenses incurred or course material fees where access has been granted.
