The ECE Conference aims to support the professional development needs of international school staff involved in early childhood education. Each year's conference tends to have a different theme. We are seeking an exclusive sponsor or small number of sponsors for this event. This year’s conference dives into four powerful strands:

1. Windows to the future: technology, play, agency
2. Windows into your classroom: learning spaces, inspiring teaching, student learning
3. Mirrors into our practice: pedagogy, leadership, reflection
4. Mirrors of the community: inclusive partnerships, cultures, voices

In Early Childhood Education, we know that every child lives in a beautifully unique world of wonder, curiosity, and imagination. This year’s conference theme “It's All About Me” invites us to step into those worlds, reflect on how we fit into them, and explore how we can better nurture each child’s identity, agency, and sense of belonging.

Together, we’ll explore how we can build environments where children are seen, heard, and valued—where every moment becomes an opportunity to grow with them, not just for them.
