The ACAMIS Technology Conference is the only major technology conference in China dedicated to international schools. Hosted in Shanghai — a city that dazzles with its fusion of cutting-edge innovation and timeless charm—the event thrives amid a fast-paced tech industry alongside enchanting local culture. Our 92 member schools, comprising approximately 8,300 educators serving 64,000 students from over 60 nationalities, are invited to participate.
The Technology Conference provides professional development for teachers and IT Department managers and staff focused on the use of technology in student learning and teaching in international schools, both in and out of the classroom. Attendees are influential in the purchase of systems, equipment and supplies related to technology in their international schools. The conference design is to provide professional development which is “Dream, Design Discover”.

Target Attendees
Broad range including classroom teachers, technology coaches and IT Department managers and support staff in International Schools. With a dedicated Robotics Strand many teachers/school leaders involved with Robotics will also attend.
We are hopeful of an attendance of 160+ people from about 80 of our members, plus non-member schools.
Exhibitor Listing, Promotions & Lead Generation - Whova App
As well as your onsite Sponsor Table(s)/signage, your Exhibitor listing (“booth”) will be displayed in Whova, an event app used by attendees to access all conference information on their mobile phone. You can add company and contact information, a video, photos, handouts, etc. to your “booth” and we will send some push notifications encouraging attendees to visit the sponsor tables, view exhibitor Whova “booths” and to consider special promotional offers you might run, such as a giveaway/raffle/coupon (which we recommend be set up in your “booth”).
Collect Leads - You will also be able to collect leads via Whova App if attendees sign-up to your promotional offer or make/request contact. We hope you can also use the conference to catch up with existing customers.
Act Fast - Sponsorship Places are Limited
Rather than attract a broad field of sponsors to maximize profit, our aim is to limit sponsorship to around 15 Technology related sponsors that fit the clientele present for optimal match and win-win. We value our sponsors.
Sponsorship Packages
Choose from one of the two packages below PLUS choose from some high-value optional extras to increase your brand exposure.
GOLD - US$1,600
- ONE exhibition table for two days
- Up to TWO company representatives can attend (meals/coffee breaks, social function included)
- Exhibitor Listing – in Whova App (display of company name, logo or video, slogan, website URL, bio/product/service description, photos, handout document links and sales contact person name, email and phone)
- Sponsor Thanks/Logo Display – on the ACAMIS Technology Conference webpage or subpage (typically displayed for approx. 9 months)

- Coffee Break Exclusive Sponsor – US$790 (includes 4 coffee breaks + 2 coffees on arrival)
You will be the exclusive Coffee Break Sponsor; 6 stand up banners with your company logo will be displayed at coffee on arrival plus 2 x coffee breaks on both days (so at all coffee breaks over the 2 days), with recognition highlighted in Whova and special thanks given and logo display in the Opening Welcome speech. All promotional materials need to be reviewed in advance to ensure there is nothing controversial or misleading. The sponsor must provide all signage and promotional materials and we will set them up. - Additional Table - US$700 each (Including 2 Extra Company Representatives beyond those allowed in each category)

- Registration Gift Sponsorship (no fee applies)
The attendees and we would appreciate any donations of registration gifts or lucky draw. You can provide a badged registration gift to be given to all conference participants. For example, this could be a cap/trucker hat, a coffee mug, a USB port or battery, etc.

Refund Policies
If notice of cancellation re the registered participant/sponsor is received:
- 30+ days pre-event: 80% of fee is refundable
- 15-29 days pre-event: 40% of fee is refundable
- Less than 15 days pre-event: no refund
Online PD Programs - No refund will be granted re participants commencing an online PD program and withdrawing part way through. Course material fees (re DiSC surveys, book fees, etc) are not refundable once access is granted.
Refund Due To PD Event CancellationIn the event of cancellation of a conference, workshop or online PD program, we will fully refund the registration or sponsorship fee(s) paid. However, we will be unable to refund any travel, visa or accommodation expenses incurred or course material fees where access has been granted.
